Today’s post is for the Hop Abroad Instagram Hop. Each month, we’ll explore a new theme; this month, it’s all about using Sale-A-Bration (SAB) products.
I’ve combined two SAB favourites for today’s project: the Dance With Me sentiments from the Day to Celebrate stamp set and the beautiful Starstruck Embossing Folder.

Here is my project
InstaHop –@maheswarirajaguru
Used the colours Pool Party, Basic Black, and Very Vanilla A4 cardstock. coloured the images using Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black, Summer Splash and Petunia Pop Stampin’ Blends.
Stamped the sentiment on Basic Black Cardstock using Versamark Ink and White embossing powder. Fussy cut the coloured images and the sentiment.
For Layer 1, I embossed the Pool Party cardstock using the SAB embossing folder. To add a different background to the Very Vanilla cardstock, I sponged it with Pumpkin Pie, Pool Party, and Peach Pie inks.
The fussy-cut images and sentiment were attached using Stampin’ Dimensionals to create depth. All the products I use are available in my online store.
Measurements
- Base card PoolParty -14.9cm x 21cm scored@10.5cm (51/2″ x 8 1/4″ scored@4 1/4′)
- LAYER 1: PoolParty -10cm x 14.4cm (4″ x 5 1/4″)
- Layer 2: Very Vanilla- 8cm x 12.4cm (3 1/4″ x 4 3/4″)
- Inside Very Vanilla – 10cm x 14.4cm (4″ x 5 1/4″)
After colouring sponging the colours I Splatter some Wink of Stella in front of the card. Don’t forget to decorate the inside of the card.
