Hello lovely Crafty friends,
Unofficial Artisan Design Team – October Pink Inspiration 💕
October is a month that always reminds us of hope, strength, and love – it’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and the perfect time to create something from the heart using shades of pink.

For this month’s Unofficial Artisan Design Team project, I wanted to make something soft yet vibrant to celebrate all the amazing women who inspire us every day. I pulled out one of my past favourites — the retired Watercolour Kit – and gave it a fresh twist with some inky pinks and florals.

I watercoloured the flowers using Flirty Flamingo and Berry Burst – such a cheerful combination that perfectly captures the warmth and spirit of the month. For the leaves, I used a beautiful blend of Soft Sea Foam and Granny Apple Green, keeping the tones light so the pinks could shine.
I love how the pink shades bring out such positivity and gentleness, a simple reminder that even small acts of creativity can spread joy and hope. 💗

Let’s take a moment this October to craft with purpose make a card, send a note, or share a hug through handmade love. Because a single handmade card can mean the world to someone who needs a little encouragement.

- Base card Pretty In Pink, Added another layer of Pretty in Pink which I distressed the edge and sponged the card using Melon Mambo attached using Dimensional.
- Splatter some Melon Mambo Ink to the background of the card.
- I used the sunflower embossing folder and sponged them with the Berry Burst colour then fussy cut them, added few pieces behind the main focal image to add the dark shade.
- Added the colour Crumb Cake to the leaves!
- Attached the main image using Stampin’ Dimensional!
