Today’s post is for TGIFC Challenges #TGIFC428. This week it’s a colour challenge.
I hesitate a lot to make a card using Basic Black as my base card, after finishing this card. I like the colours all together.
Stamp Set: Just My Type
All the products I used here are available at my Online Store.
Here are the colour combos for today’s challenge.
- Base card Basic Black, followed by another layer of Basic Black (9.7cm x 14.1cm embossed)
- Scrap a piece of Lemon Lolly stamped using the flower image with lemon lolly ink.
- Added a tiny bit of Basic White behind the image.
- I stamped on a Sweet Sorbet piece of Paper, embossed it, and added it behind the typewriter.
- Stamped the image on Very Vanilla cardstock and fussy cut it, coloured the flowers using light & dark shades of the Sweet Sorbet Stampin’ Blends.
- Adhere it behind the typewriter using stampin’ dimensional.
- Stamped the sentiment using Tuxedo Memento Black Inkpad.
- Don’t forget to decorate the inside of the card.
