Creativity Abounds Monthly Tutorial and Blog Hop- December 2021

My Today’s Card for the Creativity Abounds December Design Team Blog Hop.

Theme: Birthday

Birthdays are always fun, and it’s something special for ourselves and our loved ones to celebrate.

I used the New ‘ Heart & Home Bundle ‘ from the new catalogue.

Here is my card for today’s blog hop.

Base Card Pale Papaya 10.5 cm x 29.7 cm scored @14.9cm
Layer 1: Pale Papaya Designer Series Paper 10 cm x 14.4 cm
Layer 2: Shimmer Vellum – Pale Papaya 9.7 cm x14.1 cm ( embossed using tasteful textile )
Layer 3: 5 cm x 14.1cm ( Heart & Home DSP)
Layer 4: 3 cm x 14.4 cm ( Pale Papaya )

Adhere all the layers together by following the numbers using glue and Vellum on top of the DSP using glue dots.
After Vellum attaches the Heart and Home DSP first, add the Pale Papaya DSP.

Stamp the flower using Tuxedo Black ink and coloured using Pale Papaya light and Dark Stampin’ Blends. Another flower using Misty Moonlight light and Dark Stampin’ Blends.
Coloured the centre using Dark Daffodil Delight and Dark Cinnamon Cider Stampin’Blends.
Add the Blue Adhesive gems and splatter Clear Wink of Stella to add some shimmer.
Decorate inside using superficial layers.
