Stampin' Up! Life is Beautiful Day 1 -#30DayChristmasCardmakingChallenge

Hello Lovely Ladies,

Welcome to My blog. My today’s card for Day 1- #30DayChristmasCardMakingChallenge created by Martin Stone from UK. Each day with different themes. I am very excited to take part in this fun challenge.

Day 1 – Winter Winds :
Everyone can take part in this Challenge and play with what you have. I used Stampin’ Up! ‘ Life is beautiful’ and ‘ Christmas Gleaming’ Stamp sets.
Here is the card,

I used Whisper White as my base card followed by the layers Balmy Blue, again Balmy blue stamped my image in Versamark Ink and add white embossing powder , then used my heat tool to melt the powder.

I used the dots on the background using Versamark and Balmy Blue ink and for the Snow effect I added some White Embossing paste on top of the tree and on the small bird house. I stamped the birdhouse and the sentiment in smoky slate Stamping’ Classic ink.

I used some scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock and added some White Shimmery embossing paste on top of it. I decorated inside of the card using some snow flakes stamp set using smoky slate and Balmy blue ink.

I used Cardstock Balmy Blue and Whisper White for layering and added little scrap pieces of Balmy Blue and smoky slate. As a final touch I finished my card using the Elegant Faceted Gems and White Polka dot ribbon.
