#GDP480-Watercolour Background

Hello lovely Crafty friends,

My today’s card using mix and match of different products, I used the stamp set Bright Border and the next one Heart Shaped Bundle which is one of the Sale-A-Bration Freebie, when you shop Online $200 or more from my Online shop you can earn this Heart Shaped Bundle FREE.

Card 1 -Background was inspired by the talented crafter Emma Goddard’s card and the sketch was from #GDP480.I used the colours Moody Mauve, Petal Pink, Fresh Freesia and Boho Blue.

Measurements

• Base card – Moody Mauve- 10.5cm x 27.8cm scored@14.9cm (4 1/4″ x 11″ scored@ 5 1/2″)
• Layer 1: Fluid 100% watercolour paper – 9.8cm x 14.2cm (3 7/8″x5 1/8″)
• Very Vanilla Inside – 10cm x 14.4cm Basic White (4″x 5 1/4″)

Card 1

• Stamp the background using Versamark Ink and heat emboss it with white embossing powder.
• Spray water to the watercolor paper background and add the colors Moody Mauve, Boho Blue, and Petal Pink using Waterpainters one by one. Make sure it dry well before starting next step.
• Add the Fresh Freesia and Petal Pink ribbons, then use Pebbled Path ink to stamp the image and die-cut it with the Perennial Postage dies.
• Stamp the sentiment on a Petal Pink die-cut piece using Pebbled Path ink.
• Die-cut the heart, small flowers in various colors, and leaves from the Heart Shaped Bundle to complete the design.

Here’s a closer look:

Attach all the die-cut pieces to the front of the card using glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Finish by splattering Pebbled Path Ink onto the background with Wink of Stella for a touch of shimmer.
Don’t forget to decorate the inside of the card.

Card 2:

• Very Vanilla Base Card: (10.5cm x 27.8cm @14.9cm or 4 1/4″ x 11″ @5 1/2″)
• Layer 1: Very Vanilla (9.7cm x 14.1cm or 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″)
• Fluid Watercolour – 3cm x 12.5cm (1 1/4″ x 4 3/4″) and 3cm x 9.5cm (1 1/4″ x 3 1/2″)
• Boho Blue – 1.2cm x 8.5cm (1/2″ x 3 1/4″)
• Petal Pink – Stylish Shapes largest Circle dies.
• Inside -Petal Pink (10cm x 14.4cm Or 4″ x 5 1/4″)

• Emboss the layer 1 using Timber 3D embossing folder,
• Attach the Boho Blue scrappiece first then add the scrap pieces of the watercolour paper, pre-cut it and add it in front of the card with the half circle die.
• Die-cut the heart shape using Fresh Freesia and the flowers using Boho Blue and Moody Mauve.
• Decorate the inside of this card using Petal Pink and some flowers.
• As a final touch attach Rhinestones.
• Don’t forget to decorate the inside of the card.
