Today’s post for the Positive Inkers Design Team Blog Hop August 2022.
Blog Hope Theme – Floral
I like to combine the use of our current promotion Sale-A-Bration Products and the Annual Catalogue Products. I used all the scrap pieces from the Designer Series paper to create this quilted card.
SAB- Wonderful World Designer Series Paper and Hand Penned Petals Stamp set.
I used my sewing machine (the first time) to get the natural quilt card effect.
All the products which I used here are available at my Online Store. Check out the end of the blog post.
- Base card – Basic White -10.5cm x 14.9cm
- Layer 1: Basic White embossed using Timber 3D embossing folder- 10cm x 14.4cm
- Layer 2: Blackberry Bliss – 12.4cm x 9.8cm
- Scrap pieces of the DSP (1 “x1”)
- Adhere all the small scrap pieces on the blackberry bliss Cardtsocks using glue.
- Using my sewing machine (first attempt using it on the Cardstocks), I stitched each of the sides again.
- Die-cut the stitched circle using the Stylish Shapes Dies (largest One) and adhere it using glue dots on top of the DSP.
- Stamped the sentiment on Blackberry Bliss and heat embossed it using White embossing powder.
