Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Leaves Bundle – Creativity Abounds Monthly Tutorial and Blog Hop – August 2021

Hello, my crafty friends, 

Welcome to my blog. 

My today’s card for the Creativity Abounds Design Team Blog Hop, a group of Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrators from all around the world come together to share our creative ideas with you.   

Blog Hop Theme: Anything from the Mini Catalogue but Christmas.

We highlight the New Mini Catalogue July – December 2021. 

I used Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Leaves Bundle. Beautiful Bundle and one of my favourites from the Mini Catalogue.

Here is my card, 

You may be starting here or have come from someone else’s blog – either way, there is a list at the end of this post to help you move around all the different blogs and get inspiration. 

I used the colours Night of Navy, Basic White, Smoky Slate, Basic Gray, Balmy Blue and, White Vellum. 

  • Base Card Night of Navy – 10.5 cm by 29.7cm scored@ 14.9cm 
  • Layer1 Night of Navy: 10 cm by 14.4 cm (embossed using tasteful textile embossing folder )
  • Layer 2 Basic White: 9 cm by 13.4 cm 
  • Layer 3 Smoky Slate: 8.7cm by 13.1 cm 
  • Smoky Slate: 10cm by 14.4cm ( Inside )
  • Basic White: 9.8 cm by 14.2 cm ( Inside )
  • Stamped the background stamps on Smoky Slate cardstock using Stampin’ classic Smoky Slate ink.
  • Then I stamped the leaf image using VersaMark Ink on White Vellum cardstock and heat emboss using a heat tool. 
  • Die-cut all the leaves and added one on top to another using Stampin’ dimensional and glue.
  • Stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy Cardstock using Versamark Inkpad and used white embossing powder. 
  • As a final added the glided gems, white ink and Clear wink of Stella to the background.
  • Decorated inside of the card using some of the die-cut pieces.
