I used the Stampin’ Up! Hand Penned Petals from the New Annual Catalogue 2021-2022.

Base Card – Basic White A4 Cardstock ( 10.5 cm by 29.7 cm scored @14.9cm )
Layer 1: Hand Penned PetalsDesigner Series Paper (10cm by 14.1 cm )
Layer 2: Highland Heather ( 9 cm by 13.1cm )
Layer 3: Basic White ( 8.7 cm by 12.8 cm – embossed using Greenery embossing folder )

Stamped the image and sentiment in Tuxedo Momento Black Ink and used the colors, Highland Heather, So Saffron, and Misty Moonlight for the flower image.
Adhere the Layer 1, to the base card.
Next, attach layer 3 and layer 4 together and added stampin’ dimensional then adhere it to layer 1.
Once stamped die-cut the flower image and adhere to the basic white embossed card using stampin’ dimensional.

Finally added the genial gems and clear wink of Stella on top of the card, then attached the linen thread and Polkadot white ribbon to it using glue dots.
Decorated the inside using the Designer Series Paper.
