Day 12 – Colour Challenge
For today’s Challenge I used Stampin’ Up! ‘Christmas Gleaming’ and Butterfly Wishes Stamp set. Dies are from the ‘Birds and More ‘. All the Stampin’ Up! products are available at my Online Store.
I used Whisper White as my base card followed by the layers Soft sea foam, Crumb Cake, Whisper Whire ( 3D- Tasteful Textile embossing folder ).
Measurements in Metric :
- Base Card Whisper White A4 Card Stock : 27.8 cm by 10.5 cm (Cut at half on 10.5 cm on 21cm side , scored and folded at half on 14.9 cm )
- First Layer Soft Sea foam : 10 cm by 14.4 cm
- Second Layer Crumb Cake : 9 cm by 13.7 cm
- Third Whisper White: 4 cm by 8.7 cm by 13. 4 cm
- Soft Sea Foam : 9.7 cm by 14.1 cm ( Inside )
- Whisper White: 9.4 cm by 13.8 cm ( Inside )
- Scrap piece of Crumb Cake, Blushing Bride and Soft Sea Foam.
Measurements in Imperial: ( Letter Size cards )
- Base Whisper White CardStock:8.5 “by 11”(Cut at half on 5.5″,scored and folded at half on 4 1/4″ ).
- First Layer Soft Sea foam : 4 ” by 5 1/4 “.
- Second Layer Crumb Cake : 4 7/8 ” by 3 1/2 “.
- Third Layer Whisper White : 4 3/4 ” by 3 1/8 “
- Soft Sea Foam : 4″ by 5 1/4″ ( Inside ).
- Whisper White: 3 7/8″ by 5 1/8″ ( Inside )
- Scrap piece of Crumb Cake, Blushing Bride and Soft Sea Foam.
I used all the die cut pieces and arranged altogether as shown in the above photo. I splashed some of the Blushing Bride colour with Wink of Stella on the background. I punched small butterfly, I added some of the Pearl to the cards as a final touch.
