Be Inspired July Blog Hop – Floral

Hello lovely Crafty friends,

Today’s post is for the Be Inspired Design Team. Each month will have a different theme and this month’s theme is using Floral cards.

I used the beautiful Floral Charm Suite!
Its a simple card I watercolored the flower using the colour Blueberry Bushel!

Here is my card 

Main Products

Measurements:

• Base card – Mossy Meadow – 10.5cm x 29.7cm scored@14.9cm (4 1/4″ x 11″Scored @ 5 1/2″)
• Layer 1 Mossy Meadow : 10cm x 14.4cm (4″ X 5 1/4″)
• Layer 2: DSP -9.7cm x 14 .1cm (3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″)
• Blueberry Bushel – 2cm x 8cm (3/4″ x 3 1/4″)
• Inside -Basic White 10cm x 14.4cm (4″ x 5 1/4″)

Procedure

• Pre-cut the cardstock and adhere each layer together using glue.
• Die-cut the leaves and flowers from Garden Green cardstock. Die-cut a few additional leaves from Blueberry Bushel and Lemon Lime Twist cardstocks for added contrast.
• Stamp the image onto 100% Fluid Watercolour Paper, then colour the leaves using Granny Apple Green and Garden Green. and Colour the rose flower using the Blueberry Bushel Ink.
• Stamp the sentiment on Basic White cardstock using the Secret Sea ink pad.

Don’t forget to decorate the inside of the card using some scrap pieces of the cardstock.

Decorate the inside of the card with the left over you have from the die-cut pieces or simply stamp the image.
