Hop Abroad November Instahop

Hello lovely Crafty friends,

For today’s Hop Abroad November Insta Hop, we’re having a theme: Winter/Holidays! I decided to focus on Christmas and used the adorable Reindeer Bundle for my project.

I like to go with a dark background with Early Espresso as my base card followed by the colours Peach Pie and Crumb Cake with Misty Moonlight.

This sketch was used in Day 2 of The Stamping Lounch for the 12 days of Christmas.

I used Early Espresso for the base card and Misty Moonlight for the die-cut pieces. I used Stampin’ Blends in Pecan Pie, Crumb Cake, and Peach Pie for colouring. I stamped the sentiment on Basic White cardstock with Early Espresso ink and sponged the edges with Misty Moonlight ink to get the pop-up effect.

Measurements:

• Card Base Early Espresso -21cm x 14.9cm scored@10.5cm (5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored 4 1/4″)
• Layer 1: Early Espresso -10cm x 14.4cm (4″ x 5 1/4″)
• Layer 2: Peach Pie – 7cm x 14.4cm (2 3/4″ x 4″)
• Layer 3: Crumb Cake – 6.5cm x 14.4cm (2 1/2″ x 4″)
• Inside – Crumb Cake -10cm x 14.4cm (4″ x 5 1/4″)

Don’t forget to decorate the inside of the card using some scrap pieces of any die-cut and the cards.
