Welcome to my blog. I am excited to share my first post in this New Year 2022 for Positive Inkers Design Team Blog Hop.
Blog Hope Theme – Sale-A-Bration.
I used the Sale-A-Bration – Friendly Hello Stamp set and the Designer Series paper.

All the Stampin’ Up! products I used here are available in my Online Store. Check out the image at the end of the blog post to reach my shop.
- Base card – Basic White 10.5 cm x 29.7 cm scored @ 14.9cm
- Layer 1: Basic White – 10cm x 14.4cm
- Layer 2: Basic Black – 9.7cm x14.1cm
- Layer 3: DSP- 9 cm x 9.5 cm
- Layer 4: Smoky Slate – 3.7 cm x 9.5 cm ( embossed using Tasteful Textile embossing paper )
- Layer 5: Black stripe- 1 cm x 9.5 cm
- Adhere Layer 1, Layer 2 and Layer 3 together and attach it to the base card Basic White.
- Attach the embossed smoky slate on top of the Basic Black Cardstock and DSP to the bottom, next to the Black piece to the middle.
- Stamp the image using Memento Tuxedo Black Inkpad.
- Colour the birds using the Smoky Slate light and Dark Stampin’ Blends, Misty Moonlight (Light & Dark ) Fresh Freesia Light and Dark shades.
- Sponge the flowers using Fresh Freesia Ink, fussy cut it, and then adhere to it on top of the Heart & Home Doilies.
- Used Linen thread to tie a double bow and Clear Wink of Stella on top of the bird.
- Finally, added Brushed Metallic adhesive-backed gems on the flowers.
